We do not require clients to upload project files directly through the website. Clients may instead provide a secure file-sharing link or send files directly by email. The public freelance network registration does not request government ID, bank, card, payment, tax, or account details. Government photo-ID images are requested only through the separate direct-share freelancer NDA workflow, not through general inquiry forms.

Where identity verification is expressly requested for a freelancer NDA, it is used only to verify the person accepting that agreement and maintain its acceptance record. It is not used for marketing, profiling, Aadhaar authentication, or unrelated checks.
We do not sell or rent submitted personal information to third parties.
4. Project and Confidential Information
Project information, drawings, specifications, documentation, and other materials provided by clients may contain confidential or commercially sensitive information.
Such information will be handled for legitimate project and business purposes and may be subject to separate confidentiality or NDA provisions where applicable.
Clients should avoid sharing confidential information through public links unless appropriate access restrictions have been applied.
5. File Sharing
MISTICO DESIGN™ does not currently require project files to be uploaded directly to this website.
Clients may provide links to third-party file-sharing services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.
MISTICO DESIGN™ is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or practices of third-party platforms.
6. Email Communication
Information submitted through the project inquiry form may be transmitted to MISTICO DESIGN™ by email for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
A freelance network registration sends a profile notification to MISTICO DESIGN™ for review. It does not automatically send a confirmation or marketing email to the registrant.
Email communication may not provide the same level of security as encrypted communication systems. Clients should consider this when sending highly sensitive information.
A government photo-ID image submitted through the direct-share freelancer NDA workflow is not included in email notifications or the downloadable NDA record.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website uses hosting and email infrastructure, Google Fonts and, on configured forms, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. These services can receive technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. Payment links lead to the selected payment provider; this website does not collect payment-card details through those links.
Where applicable, those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Website forms and the private ERP use session cookies for security and sign-in. The legacy billing page stores records in the user's browser. No analytics or marketing pixel is implemented in the reviewed website code; any future non-essential tracking will require a separate notice and consent assessment.
If additional tracking or analytics technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
9. Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information submitted through this website from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The freelancer NDA workflow accepts only server-validated JPEG or PNG images, re-encodes accepted images before storage, and stores them outside the public website directory with restricted server permissions. Access is limited to authorised personnel for the stated verification purpose.
10. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, project, contractual, accounting, legal, or record-keeping purposes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the applicable requirements.
Freelancer profiles, identity images, verification results, signed agreements, acceptance evidence and security logs are separate record classes. Their retention periods must reflect their purpose and applicable obligations; identity images do not automatically inherit the retention period of an agreement. Existing records are not automatically deleted while the owner reviews retention, legal holds, agreements and audit requirements.
The private ERP holds client, project, invoice, payment, freelancer and assignment records. New issue snapshots and acceptance evidence support document history; limited activity records identify the actor, action, time and related record. Security controls may use IP hashes, login records and host logs. Hashing does not guarantee anonymity.
Review draft dated 9 September 2026: QUALIFIED LEGAL REVIEW RECOMMENDED before production deployment. The owner must approve the retention schedule and confirm provider and privacy-contact details before this revised notice is published.
11. Your Choices
You may contact MISTICO DESIGN™ regarding information you have submitted through the website and request appropriate access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
To correct or withdraw a freelance network profile before the scheduled deletion date, email info@misticodesign.com from the registered email address and include the profile name and approximate registration date.
Requests may be subject to applicable legal, contractual, and legitimate business requirements.
12. Children's Privacy
This website and its services are intended primarily for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing services.
